Mixing Ratio
- Pour 5.6–7.2 L of potable water in a clean container, then add 1 bag (40 kg)
- Mix using spiral mixer at low speed until lump-free smooth paste is obtained
- Allow mix to settle for 5–10 min and remix before use
- Apply within 50 minutes of preparation (pot life ~120 min at 23°C)
- Water-powder ratio: 14–18% (5.6–7.2 L per 40 kg bag)
- Never add extra sand or cement at site

Application Area
- Apply mixed plaster evenly with steel trowel.
- Level to required finish using masonry tools (steel trowel/wooden float/sponge).
How to Use
Apply plaster to the pre-wetted surface using a suitable trowel or plastering machine
Apply in layers of min. 10 mm to max. 15 mm; for higher thickness apply in multiple layers
Finish the surface with a float or straight edge to achieve desired finish
After plaster is completely dry, carry out curing 2–3 times per day for 3–4 days
Avoid application in extreme heat, direct sunlight or strong winds
Protect freshly applied plaster from rain for at least 24 hours
