Mixing Ratio

• Thoroughly mix in a forced-action mixer of adequate capacity
• Water required: 4.5 to 4.75 litres per 25 kg bag (or 4.75–5.0 L per 40 kg bag proportionally)
• Small repairs: use low-speed (500 rpm) drill and mixing paddle; stir lightly with spatula to release entrapped air
• Large repairs: use heavy duty screw feed and piston pumps; test equipment suitability prior to grouting works
• In cold conditions (down to 15°C): use warm water up to 30°C. Above 35°C: store in shade and use cold water for mixing
