Mixing Ratio
- Use approx. 40 kg HINVA BJM 33 with 7.0–7.6 L of potable water
- Add powder slowly into water, mixing by hand or slow-stirring machine
- Mix for 3 to 5 minutes till a smooth, lump-free thixotropic mix is obtained
- Pot life: approx. 60–70 min after mixing — open time 18–20 min
- Water demand: 25 ± 5% by weight of powder
- Never add extra water, sand or cement once mixing is complete

How to Use
Place mixed mortar on the block work in thin layers of 2 to 3 mm using a trowel
Place the next layer of blocks on the mortar; check plumb to keep walls vertical
Keep joints as required by site engineers; fill joints with mortar using a trowel
For smoothing block work, apply a 2–3 mm bonding layer pressing down with a trowel
Protect completed work from rain for the first 24 hours
Clean tools & containers with water after work; hardened adhesive removed mechanically
